Description:

Are you skilled in bold spices, soulful stews, and vibrant Indian/Caribbean food?  We're looking for a passionate and reliable cook with hands-on experience in both Indian and Caribbean cuisines.

What We're Looking For:

-Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen

-Deep understanding of Indian and/or Caribbean flavor profiles

-Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen

-Dependable, clean, and organized

Strong knife skills & knowledge of traditional techniques
